Cobbe VC, KCB, KCSL, DSO" with parcel gilt interior, 4.1toz, (Dorset Reg, 4th Battalion landed in Basra on 23rd Feb, 1916. REMAINED in Mesopotamia for rest of WW1), together with WW1 War and Victory medals for '16319 Pte. W. Felton Dorset Reg' and a faithful service in the special constabulary medal named William A.
