An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond ring, round cut sapphire 4mm diameter, flanked by four bands of small round cut diamonds, size J/K, 3.9g.

The ring appears to have been resized, there are some scratches to the sapphire, all of the small diamonds appear to have inclusions, the ring has clearly been well loved but the mounts are rubbed, as well as surface marks and wear throughout.
