Jean Shepeard (British 1904-1989): a charcoal portrait of actor Victor McLagen (American/British 1886-1959), signed with a monogram, with label verso referencing Roy Boulting who might have identified the sitter, 22 by 17, glazed and framed, 40 by 30cm, together with three other portraits, Mary Hinton (1896-1979), pencil, signed and unmounted, 29 by 20.5cm, and two of Muriel Aked (1883-1955), unsigned but mounted 24 by 19cm, 30.5 25.5cm, signed and unmounted, 22.5 by 17.5cm, a/f.
