A Samson of Paris porcelain figural candlestick, after a Chelsea design, mid 19th century, modelled as a putti seated on a grassy rock, a garland of flowers in his hair and a red flower and gilt drape around his waist, holding the flower encrusted column of the candle holder, on Rococo scrolling base, gold anchor mark to back, 11 by 19cm high.
