Sieberts (German, 20th century): portrait of Major Schmidt of the Luftwaffe, oil on board, signed and dated '1943', with greetings to label verso, 50 by 40cm, together with Luftwaffe badges, and a piece of marble looted from the Berlin Chancellery building by a British soldier at the end of WWII.
