A Victorian silver tankard, with gently flared beaded rim above an engraved geometric scroll frieze, double C scroll handle, presentation engraved to front 'C. P. H. 1866', traces of gilt to interior, raised on a circular foot with beaded decoration, engraved maker to base 'J. Mayer Silversmith L'Pool', and stamped number '4149', Edward & John Barnard, London 1865, 10.1 by 6.7 by 8.3cm high, 3.7toz.
