A satinwood and cross banded tambour fronted bonheur de jour, circa 1800, with a pierced brass gallery over tambour sliding doors opening to reveal a single shelf and two trinket drawers, two further drawers, cross banded with brass knobs over a fold out writing surface and frieze drawer, raised on slender square tapering legs, 42 by 50 by 129cm high.
