A group of three Japanese tsuba, 19th and early 20th century, the first of mokkogata shape, cast in high relief with gilded shakudo highlights depicting a basket of flowers, 6.8 by 6.2cm, the second of marugata shape, pierced and cast with two figures in a garden, 7.5 by 7.0cm, the third of marugata shape with pierced scroll decoration and a dragon encircling the rim, 7.3 by 7.1cm.
