A Victorian yellow gold and silver mounted diamond bar brooch, formed as a crescent moon and star, the moon set with nine graduating old cut diamonds, largest 3.0mm, and the star set centrally with an old cut diamond, 3.5mm. surrounded by five smaller stones, a further pair of old cut diamond are set at either end of the bar, each 3.3mm, approximate total diamond weight, 0.85ct, hinged pin fastening, 4.9cm wide, 3.6g.
