A Chinese Export silver three piece tea service, late 19th century, each of vertical fluted form with handles and tea pot spout imitating bamboo, raised on a spreading foot, decorated in relief with eight panels depicting chrysanthemum, peonies and orchids alternating with panels of bamboo, with shield engraved with a monogram, and with makers mark to base 'WA', comprising teapot with hinged lid and ivory insulators to the handle, 22 by 11.5 by 12.5cm, twin handled lidded sugar bowl, 16 by 8.5 by 11cm, and milk jug, 14 by 8 by 8cm, total weight 23.53toz.
