A WWII Japanese Officer's katana, presented to Warrant Office Jean Elliot, ATS by Lord Mountbatten, then Supreme Commander South East Asia, he gifted Japanese katanas to his staff after the Japanese surrender in 1945, with skate skin wrapped grip, leather scabbard, blade 63cm long, overall 91cm long.
