Jean Shepeard (British 1904-1989): a charcoal portrait of Michael Denison (1915-1998), signed with a monogram, with label referencing Peter Cotes and Frith Banbury, who possibly assisted with the identification of the sitter, 33 by 23cm, mounted, 50 by 40cm, together with two other signed but unmounted charcoal portraits, Robert Morley (1908-1992) as identified by Dominic Lefoe, with imprint of another portrait verso, Jean St. Clair (1920-1973), sketch of a female figure with her arm outstretched verso, both 22.5 by 17.5cm. (3)

Provenance- from Doreen Kern Collection (Artist and Sculptor 1931-2021) niece of Jean Shepeard.
