A 1939 RAF Hawker Hart bomber Watts propeller, designed for a Rolls Royce Kestrel IIs engine, its brass plate bearing serial number and manufacturing details 'DRG NO WATTS B 274/6 R.R. KESTREL II S R.H. D.3200 P.4080 H841 64113 JUNE 1939', 320 by 27 by 20.5cm high, together with a framed and mounted letter of provenance dated 1977, from a previous owner of the propeller, Major (retd) J. M. Ellingworth MBE, it is likely to have come from RAF Desford, Leicestershire. (2)
