A Royal Doulton stoneware matched three piece tea service, circa 1900, decorated in Art Nouveau taste with stylised leaves and flowers against a mottled pale green ground, and blue upper rims, all with impressed and incised marks, the teapot design number 2453, 18 by 12cm high, the milk jug design number 2453, 7.5 by 9cm high, and the sugar bowl design number 1898, 9 by 7cm high, a/f. There is a hairline crack to the body of the teapot, a firing crack to the handle of the milk jug, and a possible hairline crack visible to the interior of the sugar bowl, along with some wear throughout all pieces.
