A George III silver swing handled fruit basket, the pierced sides decorated with swags with harebells and flowers beneath a beaded scalloped border, the base with palmettes and anthemion surrounding and armorial crest engraved to the centre, the guilloche form handle with shell brackets, the whole raised on a pierced oval pedestal base, William Plummer, London 1774, 16.63toz, 31.5 by 26 by 10cm high, 25cm high with handle raised.

There is a small split to the top rim of basket, and the top and bottom rims are also bent in places, with surface wear and old polish marks throughout.
