A late 19th century German mahogany cased mantel clock, by Winterhalder & Hofmeier, Schwaerzenbach, the domed case with carved scrolling foliate decoration, silvered 5" dial engraved with black Roman numerals, minute band, and two subsidiary dials, 'Slow/Fast' and 'Chime/Silent', also engraved with foliate decoration , the eight day musical movement stamped ‘W&H Sch’, chiming on four coils, with pendulum, winder and two keys, 29 by 23 by 38.5cm high.
