A Chinese porcelain tea bowl, Qing Dynasty, mid 18th century, decorated in underglaze blue with four orchids in a scrolling ground, Qianlong mark to base and believed to be of the period, a/f hairline crack and chips to rim, 10.5 by 6cm high. Provenance: The Estate of Mr Joseph B. Hay, son of Major-General Arthur K. Hay DSO OBE - 100 years of a military family.
