A group of pictures including two 20th century oil paintings, comprising 'Heron at Home', a country scene of a heron taking flight near a river, with a windmill in the distance, oil on board, signed 'Nei C' to the lower left corner, dated 1979, 29.5 by 39.5cm, framed, 39.3 by 49.3cm, a painting of wild flowers in a bucket, sitting amongst long wild grass in front of an open barn door, signed 'Chadhick' to lower left corner, 19 by 24.4cm, framed, 34 by 39cm, together with two prints by J. H. Dowd (1888-1956) of a baby and a young girl, 12 by 9cm, framed and glazed, 22.7 by 17.7cm. (4)
