Two unusual French silver and stainless steel coin form manicure sets, made by Charles Louis Eloi Pernet, each formed from an 1870 French Napoleon III 5 Franc coin slit into two halves and fitted with a knife, scissors, and a nail file, folding away into the coin outline, with an attached white metal chain, 34.3g gross, 'coin' 4 by 37mm, chain 13cm long.
