A collection of four Benin style bronze and brass elephants, all with mahouts and one with howdah, conventional forms with elephants legs on wheeled axles, 19 by 23cm and smaller, together with a 20th century brass model of an elephant head, bone tusks and ebonised back support, 18 by 11cm, and a further Indian brass plaque formed as an elephant standing beneath a cocnut tree, 36.5 by 32cm.
